Scott ran lots of calls as a Citizens’ paramedic while attending IUP.  He then moved on to other EMS agencies in various locations around Allegheny County while continuing his education.  He is a lifelong resident of Indiana County and has a strong interest in the provision of EMS and other emergency services.  He teaches business, employment, and health law at the IUP Eberly College of Business.
